Description: 

During the above-mentioned time frame, 
we will be carrying out urgent maintenance work on the access router MojoCP Video Platform. 
During this work, network traffic will be interrupted, meaning that affected customer systems will not be accessible during this time.

• Start Time: Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 3:00 AM EST (GMT -5)

• End Time: Thursday, November 28, 2024, at 3:30 AM EST (GMT -5)

Details:
Our IT Team will be conducting essential maintenance on the US5 Server to enhance the security and stability of our infrastructure.

This work will temporarily interrupt network traffic and WOWZA services, making affected systems inaccessible during the maintenance window.

We aim to minimize downtime and expect the interruption to last no more than 30 minutes, typically completing within 15 minutes.
